Returns policy

We never list anything we don't see as beautiful, because of the nature of these pieces having been up-cycled, sometimes there are minor blemishes and imperfections, we encourage you to see them as part of their story and history.

However we don't want anyone's shopping experience with Kindship to be an unhappy occasion. So if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are willing to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of your delivery date.

Given your items meet the following conditions

  • Be returned within 7 days of requesting your return or exchange
  • Be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend selecting a tracked service for added security.

How to Initiate a Return

We ask you follow the below Return instructions: 

  • Request a Return or Exchange by emailing info@kindship.store with your Order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.
  • You will then receive Return instructions and a Returns form to fill out and include in your return package.
  • Return the item(s) in the original shipping package, or any other solid carton box. Close and tape it securely. 

Please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless deemed faulty. See above Return Shipping Fees.

Please send your item back in its original packaging and ensure it is packaged sufficiently and securely so that there is no damage during transit. We advise sending through a trackable service that is covered by insurance in the unlikely event of loss during transit.
